Feels nice
5I like this cleansing primer for dermaplaning. It doesn't have a pungent smell and it goes on smoothly. No sticky after effects so you can cleanly dermaplane your skin and have a fresh feeling after. It helps with hydration and keeping your face from getting irritated. I won't be dermaplaning without this again.
Great so far
5I really like this product I have never used anything like it before but so far it’s really nice and I think a good amount comes in the bottle for the price and I would consider buying this again in the future
Nice serum for daily use
4This serum has a light texture that's quickly and easily absorbed. It leaves a good base for other skincare products and makeup. I have been using this on a daily basis even when not priming for dermaplaning and it's kept my skin hydrated and without any irritation. It has a short list of 20 ingredients including niacinamide (5th). It is fragrance free.
Refreshing
4I love using the Venus hydration serum after dermaplaning at home. The serum is fragrance free and gentle and goes on smooth and silky. After dermaplaning I apply the serum and my skin looks soft and shiny in a healthy way. The serum is also great to use every day. It's a great addition to my skincare routine. .
Feels great
4This serum feels good on the skin and leaves the skin feeling supple. It’s a perfect addition to any skin care routine. The hyaluronic acid is great for adding necessary moisture back into the skin and find a a serum from a trusted brand is a plus.
Non drying and smooth
5Unlike other dermaplaning cleansers, this one does not dry up my skin and leave it scaly. It doesn’t have a heavy fragrance and very smooth to apply. I use use it every 2-3 weeks and has made my dermaplaning sessions to much easier.
Excellent product
5This Venus skincare cleansing primer is perfect to use before derma planning and leaves the skin soft and smooth. This product also preps the skin for easy removal. The formula is thick and hydrating. I recommend
A staple to have
5This is such a great product to have in hand when doing at home dermaplaning. It gently cleaned my face before hand and removes dirt which is essential before starting to dermaplane. It’s not sticky at all and my face feels so clean afterwards.
Noticed nothing
2I received my Gillette Venus for Facial Hair & Skin Care Cleansing Primer for Dermaplane Prep, 6.7oz to test and review. This did nothing good in my opinion. I noticed it has witch hazel in it which my skin doesn't always do well with. It leaves a slightly sticky feeling on the skin but doesn't give any hydration. I say this is a pass.
I love it
5I love the way it makes my skin feel super soft. I talked about it with my boyfriend and told him how much I loved it that he started using it as well! Definitely going to be purchasing another one soon!
