QUALITY THAT COUNTS

Disappointed
1Having used the mach3 for years. I thought it was time for a change. So decided upon the Fusion. To say disappointed is an understatement. Does not feel like a close shave at all and blades do not seem to last more than 2 shaves (thankfully i dont shave every day). Cancelled a subscription and now awaiting delivery of Mach3 again. Sometimes new isn't always best!!
Fab Blades!
5Simply the best. I’ve tried Harry’s, Clean Shaven and a few others over the last year, and Gillette is the best of the lot. A nice smooth shave with no cuts. The handle is a good weight and I like the swivel head. Will be sticking with these boys!
Proglide complaint
1On 2 separate occasions I have been woken in the night by the razor vibration starting itself!!!! I'm also disappointed that it appears very difficult to speak to anyone in Customer Services by phone. Not good!
Close shave
5Brilliant shave,very close and no cuts.....wish they were a little cheaper though.
Unhelpful instructions
1new customer. bought replacement cartridges. Couldn't get them to fit by looking at package, went on website. Still no good. Just for fun turned it upside down. It now seems OK. I was on the verge of sending the whole lot back to you and telling you about carrying on with my trusty Wilkinson Traditional.
