I am a loyal Gillette user for over 20 years. Reason for my loyalty was the quality of the product. I new blade used to last for 5-6 shaves. However, over the past 6-7 months, totally let down by the product quality and performance. A new blade is not even good for the first shave and starts scraping the skin. I thought that one of the batches may be faulty. However, I have tried over 4 different batches, but result was the same. It was just due to my laziness that I did not come around to complain. Let's see, if i do not get any response within a week, will take this up with the the consumer rights organisation in the UK

This is an easy way to stock up on Gillette razor Blades which I have been using for the past 65 years. They have been good enough for me since day one so why would I want to change???? My only thought for the future is that now they have started to include a small side burn trimmer on the back they could make it a little bigger to trim round other awkward places such as the upper lip and around the nose.
