So I bought this beard trimmer it cones with the European style pronged plug 🔌 no UK plug. Tried charging it in my shaving socket in my bathroom green light is on but it won't charge. Instructions are unclear and no helpline numbers I can see on the instructions either.

My son got this from Boots a few weeks back and he loves it, said its the best trimmer he's ever used but it's got a 2 prong socket on it and I can't seem to find a 3 prong adaptor for it so it's now out of charge until I can find one. Apart from that it fantastic and this is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, so if anybody knows where I can get an adaptor I'd appreciate it.

This product is absolute garbage. The razor doesn't work. The charger isn't even a British one so I can't charge it. It is a safety hazard. If I could give a 0 I would. Please don't buy this product!!!
