Excellent trimmer
5Pleased with this..it is smaller and easier to use than my old trimmer and there are plenty of settings. Was a really good price as well so happy!
Terrible!
1Fantastic razor, cuts brilliantly but the battery life is terrible. It literally cuts out during every shave. It’s shockingly bad. Even after a full charge it still seems very sporadic. Maybe I got a bad one but the battery is absolutely useless. It’s a real shame as other than that it’s a great razor.

wont charge
1ive just bought the gillette beard trimmer yesterday as it was ruduced at my local supermarket with a nector card, for some reason the green charging light hasn't gone out! its been on charge for 21 hours now and the green light still hasn't gone out! its sopose to only take 10 hours to charge it, i checked the plug and it can handle the 240v wall plug socket, i must of got one that has been sitting to long in the store and the battery has drained to the point of being completely dead. im disappointed for a new product and supermarket that sold an old unit to me.
Stopped working after 5 weeks
1Avoid this product! It stopped working 1 week out of the 30 day guarantee - so I paid £25.99 to use this shaver 4 times. Customer service are awful too. Please avoid!
Great Trimmer
5Bought this to replace my old Braun trimmer which I had had for years. That was Ok but this is much better and quite simply the best moustache trimmer I have ever used, the 1mm stubble comb and the short beard comb with different the different lengths make the job easy and evenly trimmed, definitely 5 stars.
Payment not resoled
1Was unable to finalise payment and kept getting message to resolve. Disappointed and dissatisfied totally. I have now aquired same products like for like on ebay and would appreciate if you would stop any more emails on the matter. It’s getting tedious and annoying. Please erase any records of my bank details from your systems
Great Beard Trimmer
3This trimmer gives an excellent trim, is comfortable to hold and the cut is perfect. What lets it down is the device is supplied with a two-pin continental main plug instead of the usual UK three-pin mains plug, which means that you must charge it for ten hours in the bathroom, unless you purchase a three-pin to two-pin shaver adapter, enabling you to charge it wherever you wish. Customer services were outstanding but could not supply the charger with a three-pin UK plug as Gillette does not make one.
