1Initially it was giving me a great shave then after few days a fault has developed. I will provide another review when it is repaired or replaced
Unremarkable!
2I derived no benefit from the heated bar either in the shave or experience.The switch is in a position that is repeatedly being switched off in use.I would have expected the charge cable to be USB or a 3 pin plug.The handle is comfortable in the hand and the magnetic stand convenient and useful.I have requested a refund that is yet to arrive.
Disappointed
1First bad point I noticed: Charge time 6 hours for 18 minutes of use. I was excited to receive this product, but it was extremely underwhelming. The heated element is literally a small metal bar below the blades, it's not the actual blades. This was nothing more than a gimmick. Certainly not comparable to a hot towel shave and due to its position you have to ensure the surface area of the shaver is fully flat against your skin.I had about 4 days of stubble. My hair is pretty thin. It felt a bit rough, so I had to trim with my electric trimmer first.Absolutely nothing special and is literally no different to a regular Gillette shaver / razor. Save yourself £££ and just get a normal one. Hot water will provide a better effect.

5I think this is one of the best razors I have used so much so I have bought a spare razor as it was a great price. It shaves so close and smooth and the heating element works exceptionally well,many thanks Gillette.
Horrible product
1I bought the razor with 32 blades. it did not last 6 months. The razor light is flashing when I try to turn it on, then turns off. There is no more heat. I contacted Gillette and they are being totally useless and are ignoring me.I am not the first one having this electrical issue with this product. Poor design, poor engineering, don't waste your money.
Not as good as my other gillette
3Not as good a shave as i have with my normal Gillette razor. Maybe i have used more blades and have vibration
Morning shave
5Shaving in the morning with this heated razor is like visiting the local barbers. So smooth over the skin with total ease. This is the best shave that I have ever used and I have been using Gillette more many years. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a close shave.

3I charged it for 5 hours the day it came and an hour the next day. I rubbed the brush cold over soap and applied to area I wanted to shave.It didn't get hot but it seemed to be a better shave. The next time I "heated" it for an hour but it didn't get hot. I boiled a kettle dipped the brush in dipped the razor in and shaved the best I couldI'll try again tomorrow. Am I doing something I shouldn't or not doing something I should
