Heated Razer
5I'm 62 years old and been shaving for almost 45 years and used different shaving tools, but last December I bought the heated razer during my visit to UK and experienced best ever shave.
Not what I expected!
1Maybe my razor is faulty but the amount of heat doesn’t really do anything. I made sure it was fully charged, left it for a while to heat up and made sure I was on the ‘high’ setting, but no difference I’m afraid. The booklet that comes with it doesn’t mention anything about temperature problems in problem solving bit. It is advertised as ‘bringing the sensation of a hot towel shave in your own home’ but, for me, it was nothing like a hot towel experience. At best, nothing more than barely warm. At times I couldn’t feel much heat at all! I will use until blades until they run out but will not be replacing them I’m afraid.

4I have been thinking of buying this Razor for some time but balked at the price.After surviving a stay in Hospital with Covid 19 my outlook on life changed dramatically and l thought what the heck and bought one. Aesthetically it is a real thing of beauty, well made and presented in a box almost like an Apple product. I have now used it for a couple and weeks and it is good. My nagging doubt is still the price of indeed the Razor and replacement blades. Would l recommend it ? The shaving experience is very good but the price may be just a step too far for many prospective users.

5I’m delighted with the performance of this razor, a lovely smooth shave. I would certainly recommend purchasing the Gillette Lab heated razor.
Pleasant Experience But Way Too Expensive
2I had high expectations when i bought the heated razor, especial with a high price like this. Unfortunately, even though it offers a pleasant experience, i don't think it's worth the price. You just get a warm blade, something you can do by dipping your regular razor into really hot water. Plus my Gillette Fusion razor gives me a much closer shave.

JURY'S STILL OUT
3I do like using this razor and it certianly gives me a smoothe shave when I use it (I don't shave every day!). But I'm not convinced that it's worth the money - I'm sure I would get much the same effect using a good Gillette razor and blade and constantly dipping the razor in really hot water before each stroke. Tell me I'm wrong.

5I’ve been contemplating buying this for a while now, so glad I decided to buy this on opening the shaver you can tell this is a very well built shaver and built to last after shaving with it I would recommend this product to family and friends if your reading this your obviously contemplating buying it do it you won’t regret it.
