Excellent
5I like it very much .Best for shave especially during Winter period.
Great but needs work
4On/off button is in the wrong place especially when shaving your head. I paid top dollar for it then two days later price dropped nearly seventy quid. But great heat from the razor and definitely a better shave.

Heated razor
4Pricey with the blades as a package, Overall great just the power button is in the wrong place as I keep pushing it when I'm shaving my head. To make a new one with the button relocated will just cost me again. Do the blades loose heat when it's time to change ? Doesn't seem to be as warm as the first time.
Disappointed
1My razor stopped charging within 3 months of purchase and I am very disappointed. I really liked shaving when the razor heated up but stopped charging within such a short space of time. It’s not worth the money you spend purchasing it. I would like it replaced or a full refund as I am extremely disappointed with this product.
Replacement lab
5I have bought a new one as the previous one I had was returned under warranty for repair but the repair process to so long my wife was complaining about my beard and my spare Gillette razor had run out of blades. Therefore I had to purchase a new one!!
Brilliant shave
5I ordered this to replace my new Braun razor.... and quite honestly have been amazed by the results. Always get a lovely smooth shave and have managed to get 15 shaves out if each blade. Thoroughly recommend. Brilliant shave.

Very Interesting
4I ordered my new Heated Razor online, however the delivery was not successful. When I contacted Gillette customer services and they quickly rearranged a new delivery. My new razor finally arrived and I opened the box. Gillette have taken inspiration from Apple and Samsung, in that the razor is packaged in a high quality box with three layers that reveal the razor, the charger instructions etc. You even have to hold the edge of the box and wait for the 2-3 seconds while the inner box gently slips out onto the table. The quality of the whole package is evident, the razor head heats up quickly and provides fir a smooth shave. My previous razor was the Gillette Fusion Power with the vibrating razor head. The heated razor is an excellent razor and gives a very smooth shave, although I do miss the vibrating head, maybe Gillette will offer this enhancement in future? Gillette keeps innovating and I love that the new razor is so slick and enjoyable to use. I don't mind the price, quality costs, all of the numpties that buy the razor and then whinge about the price can buy a disposable bic razor and save their money. If you love a great shave get a Gillette heated razor (or a Gillette Fusion Power)! The Best a Man can get apparently!
