Not Worth Buying
1Lasted less than one year.LED flashes orange & won't power on.Unable to replace the battery.Many forums with same complaints.Non-recyclable.No aftercare by Gillette.

5The item was well packaged, the razer is a nice quality.I love a hot experience and this does not disappoint, I was surprised by how you can feel the heat even using cold water as I tested. The blades are sharp and cut well, I love the clean up blade however becareful because you could cut your self with it if not careful under nose etc..Alround a great shave and experience.
Heated Razor. My second has failed. ***DO NOT BUY***
1Hi there, I have purchased two of these heated razors and within approx 18 months both have failed, one quicker than the other. I have one for a travel bag and one stays in my house. Both have flashing lights and the razor will no longer heat up. I have read many reviews that say similar. AVOID THESE UNTIL THEY FIT A RELIABLE BATTERY

5I love my purchase that much I have recently purchased a second Gillette heated razor for my sons Christmas gift he will have a lot of pleasure shaving with this heated razor its an excellent razor that I would recommend anyone wishing to purchase its great value for money with a better shave.
Underwhelming
3I am little disappointed with this razor. I have found that even on the hottest settling you don’t get a tremendous amount of heat. Running the razor under hot water is actually more effective!
Replacement
5After being very pleased with the heated razor it stopped charging. Being out of warranty contacted Gillette who were helpful with a replacement.
Still on the fence
2I bought this as it was on offer and I thought it was worth a punt. I am a daily shaver and use Gillette already. The unit arrived nicely packaged and I charged for the first 6 hours. My shaving routine probably lasts around 7 to 10 minutes so I find I have to charge every other day. The shave feels nice and warm but doesn’t feel particularly close, I was using a shaving cream so ordered the Gillette gel to see if that was better. It’s OK but not as close as their normal shavers. I find that the moisturising bar on the blade isn’t that effective so towards the end of a shave it feels like my face is quite dry even with rinsing the shaver in water. I think it’s a nice idea but I wouldn’t be too pleased if I had spent the full price on it. I can see this being put away after I have used the blades and going back to the more traditional shavers.

2My heated razor is great but runs out of charge after a day!!
Very poor shave
2To say I was very dissaponted with this razor is an understatement. Yes its a lovely feeling on the skin withtheheat but I have to finish off with my old Gillette razor together the close shave ive been used to.Its a complete waste of money.
