Great item shame about beard combs

Bought this to help keep my beard tidy. Yet beard combs snap easily and no one can replace them which there should be a way of buying new combs from gillette or somewhere else. Or other option would be buy a full new styler just for the comb.

Trimmer attachment #1 fails every time!!

Had four of these now and the #1 trimmer has poorly made ‘teeth’. They are frail and brake after a few months of use! Customer services don’t resolve, send you to parts, who advise to buy product again! Shocking really….
