Could be better
3Had to buy a replacement as the first one blocked up with trimmings and stopped working, regardless of how many times it was cleaned. The combs also break extremely easily and you cannot buy replacements

Poor performance
1Because of the clogging of hair the razor snags,I've told customer service but they aren't bothered.Its a design fault the gap is too narrow.

5Not big in doing reviews however I could not let this opportunity go by. I purchased this razor back in 2006 and it has been fantastic for 17 years. I could not live without the vibration it creates when wet shaving as it completely stopped years of neck rash as it helps the cutting of the flatter hairs. I am so pleased this Razor is still being manufactured as I have just ordered another identical unit.
Poor result after speaking to Gillette
1I spoke to Gillette about the problems I was having with their product.Their solution was'nt satisfactory.

5Great product I've had mine about 5 years now. & it still works well. But for some reason it doesn't like cold weather. My bathroom gets cold in the winter and it slows the battery motor down but stick it on the radiator for a minute & it fires back to life.
Lovely little Razor
5When i opened the box I thought this is a toy! But no, using the blade and putting on the power after I soaped up with the very fragrant Gillette foam, I was incredibly impresssd with the shave quality, very light and surprisingly strong, it gave me one of the best ‘close’ shaves I gave ever had. The jury is out with regards to the other adaptations that do not easily connect.
Weak plastic combs
2The trimmer works really well until the teeth snap on the blue plastic combs. You can go round and round in circles trying to just buy the replacement combs, but sadly the only solution is to buy another beard trimmer. I'm on my 2nd trimmer and the size 1 comb didn't last 6 months. Sadly, I'll be shifting to a different manufacturer.
